Are your releases region-coded?

All of our Blu-ray Discs are region-coded for Region A, unless otherwise noted.

Can I get screener copies for review?

We provide review copies to select websites based on our internal assessment of the outlet’s match and reach.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card and Paypal payments. For a number of reasons we can only accept credit card payment for preorders. However, we also offer a “Pay later” option, which will send you a payment reminder email before the product ships, giving you the opportunity to make your payment via Paypal at that time.

When do I have to pay for preorder?

Preorders will not be charged at the time they are placed. Instead, all preorders will be charged by the time the product ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
