Refund and Returns Policy

Order cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, or need to cancel your order, please contact sales@celluloid-dreams.net. As long as your order has not shipped yet, we can typically accommodate the changes.

A 3% cancellation fee will apply to orders that have already been processed by our payment processor. Preorders that have not yet been processed and shipped are excluded from the cancellation fee.

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order.

Any attempt to circumvent this policy by retroactively invalidating credit card transactions or PayPal payments will result in additional penalties and fees, including a permanent order ban from our website.

Returns and Exchanges

We are unable to accept returns and all sales are final.

We can only accept exchanges for items ordered directly from this website that are defective or arrive damaged. Please contact sales@celluloid-dreams.net within 48 hours of receipt with order information and pictures showing any damage. Damaged items can only be exchanged for the same item. We may ask that the damaged item be returned or disposed of. This exchange policy is valid for 30 days from receipt of goods.

Please be advised that we cannot honor exchanges for items purchased through other sellers, such as Amazon, etc. Please contact the respective seller for possible refunds and exchanges.
